With our extensive range of services for electronic flat modules, in THT-, SMT- and thick-film technologies, single- or double-sided, on flexible or stiff circuit carriers, single- or multi-layer, with us, you have found the optimum competence partner.
One of our company's areas of speciality is connection technology on flexible base material. Our circuit boards are assembled RoHS compliant and lead free (EC Directive 2002/95/EC). We work with state-of-the-art testing technologies, such as flying probe and AOI for optical process controls.
