This innovation can automatically adjust its own threshold!
Our ultrasonic forked sensors of the IGSU 14B series utilise the unique ALC technology for reliable detection, even if the label material has imperfections. To do this, the sensor automatically optimises the switching threshold in real time and ensures proper function, even for various material combinations and the fastest processing speeds. This technology is, thus, able to reliably detect all materials from paper to transparent foils, printed or metallic.

There’s a lot to discover.
Simple handling, great flexibility and maximum functional reliability. These are the most important arguments for the new ultrasonic forked sensor generation of the IGSU 14B series.
- The modern Easy Teach function makes configuration child’s play
- Large, 4 mm mouth width allows the sensors to be used even with booklets and fan-fold flyers
- Our ALC (auto level control) also ensures maximum performance reserves, even with production-related differences in material
